You might find it difficult to relax or lean into moments of joy.

Perhaps you fear that if you don't predict or plan everything ahead of time, something bad will happen. You might even feel like it's your responsibility to make sure everything turns works out okay.

... Or maybe you feel like you must say "yes" to any request, and as a result you end up in situations that feel uncomfortable, or you feel

overwhelmed by too many commitments.

If this is you: you need a space where you can show up fully as yourself, anxiety and all, where you can ground, recenter, and rediscover your own strength.

You can feel anxious, and start anyway.

Counselling can help you
feel secure, grounded and confident in moments of change or discomfort

I love to help you develop skills to  calm your sense of unease, and speak up for yourself...

...So that you can craft the life you've always wanted.

I believe that, by letting go of

self-doubt and reconnecting the strength what is already within you, you can lean into the joy that awaits you in the small, everyday moments of your life.

I've been there!

Throughout my life, I've experienced varying degrees of anxiety. While I recognize my anxiety has served me and tried to keep me safe in many ways, it's also been a source of pain.

Through my own therapy, I learned how to tend to my nervous system, set healthy boundaries, and respond to unhealthy thinking patterns. The result has been feeling much more confident, content, and at peace.

Over the years, I've worked with many folks who struggled with anxiety, including those who were very successful in their careers. I'm passionate about helping others discover their own innate strength, build self-trust, and allow themselves the gift of ease and grace in their day-to-day lives.
